PAN card sent by IT department via POD 2885103292. Sent on 08.04.2010 by IT. When I checked on website, for my horror the comment was: "Exception: Cosignee Residence/Office Locked, Message Left".
No message left. So I wrote to them on

It says residence locked. It is impossible. As my wife and small child will not leave the residence at any point of time. Please reroute the courier.

Anud call me up after few hours from 022-39539500 and asking me where did I committed the date. I wrote "Will Arrange the Delivery Soon..." I have not committed timings. You said you cant see in the system. How can you see in my system... bla... bla... bla... She was very rude.
