Non delivery of courie

Hi,

This is one of the worst courier services in India. I am supposed to get an important courier from ICICI which was despatched on May5th. It is still not reached me. I have been given 2 contact numbers [080 32420061, 080 32422023], but no one is answering both the numbers. These guys are taking everything for granted. Request you to take strict action against these fellows. As I see already 8 complaints have been made against Express IT courier.
