Poor customer care

Hi,

I tried all the numbers provided by ExpressIT on their website and even mailed them (http://www.expressit.in/expressit/customer.htm) for some enquiry regarding my courier but in vain.

Also the details of the tracking they fill in are false.

You try to call them, the phone keeps on ringing but there is no response.

Its very frustrating.
