I had applied for a Kotak Bank Credit card and it was sent through ExpressIT Courier. For 3 consequent times they have returned the courier back to Kotak stating that the address is incomplete and not even a single time, have they called me on my landline or mobile to find out the address. I am very sure that the address provided is complete.
Everytime I find out the status from the website of the courier company with the AWB number provided by Kotak Bank.
No one picks up the call in the call center / customer care of the courier office.
Don't deal with them, if you really want your package to be delivered.
