The most lousy courier company I have ever come across. The company talks about Vision, Mission, Values, Road ahead and what not. Not even a single aspect is followed. Its not Road ahead… all roads are blocked for them. I think they are least bothered about all these complaints.. and if they are thinking that what a difference these kind of complaints will make.. then it’s a dead block ahead.. This complaint is going to ALL THEIR CLIENTS.. in the right tone.
Do they think that we are begging for something. If they cannot deliver.. better they shut the shop and sit at home. The worst part is.. their website doesn’t provide the link for customer complaints.. once we click on the link it displays the message “could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed”.
The most irresponsible management and staff.. 100 times I would have tried the number.99% of the times the number is engaged. Just in case the number is ringing, the staff lift the phone and cut it again. If they cannot handle the calls and deliver the material on time.. why the hell are they into this business.
