NON DELIVERY OF COURIER

I am supposed receive a courier last 15 days before from a HDFC Bank. But the delivery boy had submitted report stating that the Address is not Proper how come he came to know whether address is incorrect my every letter is delivered on my address this courier is worst at all.i dont know how such big Banks had tied up with such worst Courier service.
