My cousin's PAN card was despatched from this useless shit courier on 20th June and till date it has not been delivered. I do not know why income tax department is using this bull shit courier service instead of using Speed post (govt owned).

Nobody is picking the telephone when we try their chennai office no. When saw in their tracking sight, it has been indicated that " door locked".on 24th June 09 It is absolutely not true. Whole day her mother was waiting for this document.
For heaven sake do not use this courier in your life time pl pl
