Express IT couriers
Non delivery of sealed packet

One delivery man introduced himself as representative of Express IT Courier, came to my residence on 23rd September and return back without delivering a packet sent to me by ICICI BANK on the plea that he made a mistake in his paper and will come back on next day with a fresh paper. But till date I didn't received any such packet. In the meantime I have been informed by ICICI BANK that they send one packet in my residential address vide no. AWB NO.8067300010 on September.

Please take necessary action so that I may get my packet without further delay.
