Non Delevery of Courie

Dear Sir / Madam

Thanks for reply, My mother applied for PAN number as detail below, it is issued on 9th November and dispatched as particular below.

But courier person is not delivering from last 6days and hold with them, I don’t know why?

I trace them and they reply very roughly that they don’t have staff & time to delivered it, they will deliver when they get time???

I am following with them three days even I send emails to them with cc copy to you, but no result.

What I can do further?
