NON DELIVERY OF CREDIT CARD

My credit card was despatched by Kotak Mahindra Bankl Ltd. on 18.01.2010 through Express IT Logistics Worldwide Ltd. vide their consignment note no AWB 8609833890 dated 18.01.2010 to my Pune Address: Flat no13, ARUN PARK, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital Road, Dutta Nagar, Thergaon, Pune-411033 :Mobile no. 9881907903 Ph. no. : 02065101277 with assurance that the parcel will reach me within 4 days. Since last six days, after expiry of 5 days from dispatch, I am trying to contact the Pune office of courier company. Their pune office has given the contact no. of Their Jagtap Dairy office and Jagtap Dairy office has given the Contact no of their Pimri office, but Pimpri office is not picking up Phones. Even in internet the complete address of their Pimpri Office is not given and given phone nos are not working. My parcel is lost and not traceable. Now I have no choice, but to rquest Kotak Mahindra Bank to deactivate my credit card and process fresh issue which will take 2 weeks. Such poor response I experienced for the first time in my life from a Courier Company having no responsibility
