Refund not made even after 3 months

I booked ticket for my parents on 9th Oct (EZR-175583/A) for CCU-BOM sector. Subsequently, I raised Cancellation requisition for the same through the travel company's website for which I got a reply that my request is under process. However, since I did not get any confirmation of the cancellation from the company, I went to the airport and cancelled at Jet Lite counter at the Mumbai airport on 29.10.2007 (reference no. : AT 10/134). However, even today, inspite of repeated followups the refund has not been credited in myaccount. I have already sent a dozon mails and also called up the call centre number of times but everytime the call centre agents would tell their standard versions that it would be resoved within 72 hours positively. (Dont know whether there is a different definition of hours for this company or whether they are able to count the hours or not). I am sorry to say that this is undoubtly the worst experience I had. The standard of service that they are providing is really pathetic.
