I booked a flight from ezeego1 on 23rd nov, the flight was on 19th dec, unfortunately the flight was cancelled, but the EZEEGO people did not have enough time to inform me abt the cancellation of the flight... finally i found at the airport with my bag n baggage that there is no flight...
finally i had to take othe flight at very high cost...
now the othe story starts...
i have been mailing the ezeego from 3rd of jan and till date i have, nt receieved my money back... i have even called them for 5-10 times... but nothing has been done... every time they are telling me that it will take 72 hrs... but still i am waiting for those 72 longest hrs to get over... so that i can get my money back...
If any EZEEGO staff reads my complaint... then try to incorporate some bussiness ethics into ur way of bussiness...
Friends make it a point... never use EZEEGO1.COM for any dammm reason... they will end u in frustration...
