After seeing advts. in newspapers and on website had booked tkts. on Spicejet flights for Delhi-Goa and Goa - Delhi under booking reference EZR- 323023/A and 322811/A with shopping value Rs. 9069 and Rs. 7660 using ICICI Credit Card. Now they are denying the discount on the pretext that travel tkts. were for SPICEJET. No such condition was indicated in the advt. It is a claear case of misguiding and procuring businness by hiding crucial information. To put it bluntly it is cheating. Seeing some other similar complaints I am convinced that it is all deliberate.
