Dear sir/mam
I applied for health card, 4 months back. i applied it through phone call of icici executives. At that time they told "with in 15 days you will get this card ". But till now i did not get my card. Iam followingup with Ms.priya (chennai ph:04445583441) really i fedup with icici guys. But iam getting bill in my credit card. If anybody working on complaints dept.kindly look into the matter.
