Courier not delive

We have booked a consigement on 22.02.11 through DTDC courier of Ambadi branch for Indore docket no- D05023574 but till 15 days passed it is not reached and also not receiving any responece from them, after many mail no body awake. we think it is a good courier comapny but thier this type of service create a big bad image.
