Family Gas Agency, Link Road, Saki Naka telling wrong information while getting new connection.
I had asked Refilled Cylinder cost on phone before taking connection they told me Refiled Gas Cylinder cost is Rs 315/-, same as Bharat Gas/HP Gas. I took connection on 07/11 and attached Cylinder become empty on 22/11 (16 Days) it means Cylinder are also not filled correctly and I called to Agency for new cylinder they asked me to keep ready Rs 400/- for the Refilled Gas Cylinder.
They are fooling poor people. Govt. have to do something about this kind of agencies and this kind of activities. like consumer should get there payment back and Cancel the agency Licenses.
I want to cancel this connection and I need my all money back. please guide me through or let me know whom to contact or what to do?
