Pf amount not received

Dear sir,

My PF number is tn/39513/154. I have applied for Pf settelment Five month back, but till now i did not get pf settlements. when I check the website the status of 'Your claim not received by this office'. But my office staff was told to me 'Your clamis already deposited in PF office'. What problem? When i get the PF amount.?
