Cheating with customer

Hi,

I, Ravikumar Jaiswal resident of Thane, Wagle Industrial Estate.

I made purchase of 1 pair of formal wear and 1 pair of party wear (1 Blue Jeans and 1 Half cotton short shirt) on 19th April from fashion world shop present at Marathi Granth Sangrahalaya Bldg, Opposit Zilha Parishad, Station Road, Thane (W) Pin-400601. and Its VAT TIN No. 27940162488V w.e.f. 01-04.

During purchase time the sales person assured me that the half short shirt is of good quality.

Also told me if you face any problem with this shirt within six months we will change it.

So I buyed that shirt in 275 Rs. but within 49 days that shirt looks like old and looses its colour.

I wore that shirt Just 5 times for just party only and washed it only 3 times.

Now, today ie 8th june when I contacted shop keeper for the complaint of this shirt and requested him for exchange he refused me. Due to anger I thrown that shirt in that shop.

And raising complaint against his shop for cheating customer.

Please take an appropiate action against him
