NON REPAYMENT OF FD

Sir, i had taken an FD (FD No. 4463 on LAJWANTI SINGH name for Rs. 15000/=. The amt has not been credited as of yet. It isrequested that the present position of the same be intimated and what legal steps can we resort to to have the same refunded. Regards
