F D renewal for Reinvestment
Amount deducted to consider premeature against Reinvestment for Auto renewal and senior citizen could not considered

Sub: Amount deducted from Senior Citizen to misguide against reinvestment policy from Sree Narayan Jha FD A/C No. 11458332412 By Branch code 05758 – ADB Madhubani.

Sir,

I like to draw your kind attention towards a customer Shree narayan jha maintaining SB-A/C No. 00000011458288790 .and FD A/C no. 11458332412 with Branch code 05758 ADB Madhubani.

Above mentioned customer is my father and visited for renew of his FD-A/C with current rate of interest on Dated 24 Dec.

A request was made in kinds of Application and instruction on back side of F/D receipt for auto renew in your branch.

Once your branch manager has approved the same on application But your Another employee Sh. Shrivastava told: This rule is not applicable in your case. Please change your instruction and mention like I received my amount than another FD can be made.

Instruction made by customer and written application can be presented on your desk as per demand.

Finally branch has considered as premeature payment and made another FD receipt for the same amount with interest.

Previously I have alredy discussed on same topic to your Branch manager and other staff but branch has overruled the Reinvestment policy and deducted the amount.

You are requested to circulate clear instruction to your branch and credit my deducted amount in Saving account and also apply rate of interest as applicable for senior citizen as on date.
