PF tranfer still not done

Hi,

This is Hari krishna reddy, My PF account number is 92944075.I submitted all the necessary documents to transfer the funds to my new PF account number to my previous company FEI software india pvt ltd. They sumbitted PF transfer forms Form NO 19 and got the acknowledgement on 10-JUN from Malad (kandivali) PF office. But, still the transfer was not happend.

PF transfer from PF AC no: MH/92944/075 to MH/THN/43355/14028

Till January when check the claim status i got the status "Your request is under process" now it is displaying the status as "Your claim is not received by this office".

I written a mail to the mail id mentioned in the site for malad office but i didn't received any reply from them and the numbers mentioned in epf india site are also wrong numbers.

kindly do the needful in my case.
