Manufacturing defect and poor service

Please note that I have purchased Fiat punto Emotion (with ABS) from your dealership (i.e.) Concorde motors, Guindy. Both of you were the incharge of sales of this car from Concorde motors. I have paid full cash amount of 3.67Lacks and arranged a loan of 3.0L from Tata motors finance.

As you are aware, I booked the care on 28th Feb and car is delivered to me in second week of March.

After taking the car, I have used only for few kilometers and it is breakdown. This issue is informed to Rajesh (concorde) on the same day (i.e.) on Sunday (27-3) at 6.0pm as per his advice I have contacted the helpline no 18002093428. After calling for around 10 times, I got message from Ms. Neelam (customer car) told me that the car will be taken to service station in Concorde motors, ambattur in Chennai. Then the car was taken to the service station and till now I am not getting proper response from the service station.

Yesterday (28-3), when I called Mr. Shiva (mobile no: 9841122525) and Mr. Swaminathan (9940459872) (Customer service) they told me that there is problem in the clutch plate, we are investigating and doubting that this could be a manufacturing defect and the same is photographed and sent email to Fiat, pune canter for further course of action.

Then today (29-3) when I called them at 4.0pm to Mr. Shiva (mobile no: 9841122525) and Mr. Swaminathan (9940459872), they are telling me that this defect will not be covered in the warranty as it is not covered in Fiat/Tata Concorde policies.

Now I am very much shocked and surprised that what is the guarantee for this car’s quality? One day it is told that it is manufacturing defect and the next day it is told that this not the case and warranty will not be covered for this defect.

I severely doubt the quality of this car and I strongly believe that there is some severe quality defects in the car or else the parts are fake. I strongly believe there is some severe quality related issue (i.e.) FAKE or the parts are FAKE.

For the last 3 days I am not getting proper information and response regarding this problem either from Fiat or from Tata or from Concorde motors.

I think I have purchased a wrong car (FIAT) from a wrong dealer (Concorde motors, Guindy).

Now I am planning for a strong legal action on the FIAT/TATA and Concorde motors, Guindy (dealer) and the sales persons (Mr. Rajesh and Mr. Raman).

Till now Registration book is also not provided to me and hence I don’t want this car and take back this car and give me the money back to me with immediate effect.
