Hello sir... i am complianing on a person who was financing to aggriculturised in a very high intrest he was just taking a singnature on a plain bound paper and then he was doing harrsment to the poor agricuturiest... in a chittapur taluka distict gulbarga... one person had done a suciede he is not able to give the ammount... and the financer dint have any goverment registration to finance to the pepole... his name is mastan sab korvi he live in gulbarga and his proper village is kalgurti in chittapur taluka...
