I have left the company Finolex Proprietary Limited in July '08 and applied for transfer of PF in September '08 through my new employer. PF is not yet transferred. PF officials say that Finolex has not filed Form 3 for 09 and that is why the transfer is pending. i am suffering loss due to statutoru default of Finolex. Please guide. Also, Finolex Proprietary Limited is well known for not paying due and proportionate bonus to employees who leave the organisation. they do not give any reasons for not paying the bonus for the period they have worked. we have made attempts to talk to them about this, but they dont talk properly, the VP talks insulting and do not give any justifiable reasons. the management is not ready to look into this matter and company has not paid bonus of all separated employees for years together.
