This is Bhupesh Nehete. I want to make complaint about First Flight Courier.
On 27 June I received one parcel from Pune. That p[parcel was containing a bluetooth headset. But I received that envelope empty. The parcel was taken out already. It was received by my mother on 27/06.
In the evening I went to courier office that time those people were saying that it was not their fault. I showed the booking receipt but still no response.
I have contacted their Mumbai as well Pune office but no response. they are saying that they are not concerned with the same. They have courier entry as document though its mentioned as parcel on booking receipt...
Till date I have not received my parcel or any updates from company...
please help...
