Loss of consignment

My company ICICI Prudential had sent me one courier from mumbai via first flight courier service through airway bill no. B23152475. but till date i have not received my consignment which is nokia 5515 mobile handset. from the last 25 days i was asking for my consignment, and they were saying that we are investigating. but today, their senior executive custome service named seema, reply me via mail that courier has been lost but still she is concerned about her company's reputation in market.

but she didnt tell me who will bear the cost of my consignment.
