Above consignment was delivered on 6-2 at my residence A 1/10, Mirabai Road, Durgapur by first flight courier. The courier pack, which was having a marriage invitation along with dry fruits was tempered &all the dry fruits worth Rs400/- were taken out &the pack again closed with ffcl tape disfiguring the consignment no. The complaint was lodged with Durgapur office, regional office &also with head office of first flight. 7 times REMINDERS were sent by MAIL to all local as well as regional kolkata &head office, but inspite of the investigation &confirmation of tempering with consignment, till date no REPLY has been received from ffcl for compensation of (cost of material courier charges) amounting to appox RS 500/-.
