First flight courier services
Parcel is not getting dispatched with in the stipulated time

This is the second time I am facing the issue with First Flight couriers.

1. Around six month back, I was expecting my Study material for first semester from SCDL Pune and First flight took almost 9 days to trace the parcel between pune and bangalore and took another two days to deliver the parcel. The docket no is ZM2236368. This is starnge to hear that whenever I tried reaching the customer care I could able to hear enagage tone for most of the time and when I catch hold of a customer support executive and whatever promis that I could get from him is not materialized as per his assurance.

2. Now this is a similar incident when SCDL dipatched my second semester study materials. Docket no ZM2731937. This parcel is booked by SCDL, Pune on 31-Dec-10 and today its already 11-Jan and when I call customer care, they says, this still in transit. I really clueless how many more days they will take to resolve this issue.

Please think twice before booking any parcel/courier with First flight. I have received only two couriers thru first flight and I have very bad experiance.
