Worst service

Sir,

I sent a consignment on 16-Apr from Asansol to Delhi, as per transit time claimed by First Flight Couriers Ltd., it should have delivered on 17-Apr.

After a long followup from Asansol, Kolkata, Delhi I came to know that it was misrouted to Mumbai. They were not able to tell any status.

Till now (19-Apr) I doing followup with no result.
