I ordered some books on Flipkart.com [18/03] and was assured delivery within 2-3 working days. I have mails to prove the same. The order was shipped the next day [19/03] itself but I havent recieved it yet. On trying to contact First Flight Couriers Ltd, I find that none of the numbers listed on their web site are functional. Flipkart assured me delivery within 3 days and its been 7 days now. All because of carelessness at the part of First Flight Couriers Ltd. (India). I'm still waiting. [26/03]
