PF amount not yet received

Good Afternoon,

I am Saugata Das an ex - employee of First Source Pvt Ltd Kolkata, due to my personal reasons I had left my job on 16th April then I have filled the PF application form after two months but till date I did not receive my PF dues. I would be greatful if you arrange my PF amount. (PF No - MH/46430/28244)
