Credit card not received wants to know the status

I have received a sms that my Credit card has been approved and received a pin number but haven't received the credit card. I am sure about the status and wants to know whather my card is delivered or if not when can I expect this. Please look into this matter so that it cannot be reached to wrong hands for misuse. It should be delievered to me as soon as possible.
