With reference to the above subject I once again want to remind you that till date I have not yet received my Pension Scheme Certificate. I am also enclosing herewith the letter dated January 17 & Latter Dated 5th November with RAD post copy regarding the above-mentioned matter.

I once again request you kindly arrange to get my Pension Scheme Certificate at the earliest.
