With ref to the above document we have sent this to our Client M/s. Rockwell Hoisto Cranes Pvt. Ltd.- Delhi.

When we have checked the status of delivery through your website document is under pending & detination showing as BAHADURGARH.

when we checked at andheri office they are not able to clear this matter & in delhi office no any person is there to pick up the phone, we asked to andheri office Manager today morning (29/04/09), he kept our phne on hold upto 15 to 20 min. but no ans. from their end.

We want to know shall we get that document back or can you deliver that at correct address.

Please confirm immidieatly & note we are having contract (F4) with you.
