I was suppose to get a parcel from flyking which was done on 1-Jun and it didnt get deliver to me till yesterday [22-July]. Today I got a call from their jayanagar branch office, Bangalore, that your parcel has arrived and they cannot deliver it to my address and I have to collect it myself else It will just lay their and flyking will not deliver it. When I went there to collect it, My 4500/- worth parcel was found fully broken. I called their head office to complaint but nobody co-operated. Firstly I have to spend so much of money to get it and I got that completely broken.
I have the purchase reciept for the parcel and the SNAPS of the broken parcel kept in their office.
I have not collected it, as it is of no use to me or anybody.
Please help me get justice.
