Working of mobile is worst & no effective solutions by authorised service centers

I i purchased a fly mobile 4 months ago. the handset (mod. no. 2040L) was showing some defects so i gave the handset to authrised service center, the mobile was corrected by the persons working there . but my mobile is showing problems every and of different kinds. i requested company for replacement but the service center refused to do so
