Refusal To Attend Any Type Of Problem Under Warranty & Manhandling by Customer Care Centre Owne

Sir,

I had purchased one "Fly Make" Mobile Phone Set Model V80i from M/S Anmol Watches & Electronics Private Limited Chandigarh vide Invoice No. AW - 7222 Dated 10.10.2008. bering IMEI No. 355962020087203

This Set was working efficiently but its "Display" started fading on 06.08.2009. and completely vanished within no time. I had sent one of my office boy to your customer care centre M/S S.M. Communication, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana on 07.08.2009. but the person present there, did not even touch the phoner set and said that he wont attend to any problem under warranty period. The serivice centre person revealed that "Company is not paying us adequate amount for providing services to their clients so he wont attend to any complaint that falls under waranty period. He further suggested us to opt for paid but cheaper repairs of the set by installing some spurious/local components which were readily available with them.

On repeat insistance of my boy to entertain the complaint under waranty, the person present at your service centre M/S S.M. Communication Yamuna Nagar physically threw that "TINY BOY" out of his shop and frightened him to face consequencies in case he visit the centre again for this problem.

My question to the responsible executives of the company is that "Why should not I knock the doors of Honourable District Courts to provide justice to my boy who was man-handled by your service centre persons" and "why should not I approach the Honourable District Consumer Forum" for replacement of this defective unit sold by your company.

Please respond within 7 days otherwise I shall assume that you also endorse the behaviour of your service centre people and that company is not interested to listen to my genuine problem.

I would also like to convey that your company shall be liable to bear "COST & CONSEQUENCIES" of any legal proceedings.
