Not Getting clear report

Please note that I bought the Fly Sx 210 from Hot Spot Retails Pvt Ltd.

H-43, main vikas marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, Tin no:- 07430284979, Dated:- 15/09.

I have lost my bill, Please do let me know if its possible to get the duplicate bill. As my phone has stop working and service center people are asking for the bill. Please do let me know how i could be able to use the warrenty of my phone.
