PF Not received even after continuos follow up

Hello,

My PF No: MH / 92263 / 186

First i was informed from my Office that i would receive my PF within 2-3 months. After that i started following on the status where i was informed that there was some problem in Malad Kandivali office.

I still waited after 6 months i again started following on the status on the 8th month i was informed that my PF would be cleared within the last week of the month. Now the month end is here i am being informed that my form has been returned back due to some reason which was not provided to me.

I want to know is this the way that the PF is processed.

Hope to get a revert on the same.
