SIR,

I AM A EMPLOYEE OF THE ABOVE COMPANY, COMANLY BOTH OF US (MR AND MRS) USED COMANLY THE MOBILE NO 919449506670, IN THE LAST MONTH ON 7TH AUGUST I HAD REQUESTED FOR THE BSNL TUNES, THE BSNL TUNES SERVICE PROVIDER ACCEPTED MY REQUST AND A ACTIVATION CHARGES OF RS.20/- DEDUCTED OUT OF MY BALANCE THEREAFTER RS 12 HAS BEAN CHARGES FOR THE TUNES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST BUT NO TUNE WAS RECEIVED. ON 06TH SEPT AGAIN I HAD RECEIVED A DEDUCTION MESSAGE FOR THE BSNL TUNES ACTIVATION CHARGES OF RS.20/- AND TUNES CHARGES OF RS.12/-. I HAD SENT MESSAGE ASKING FOR THE REFUND AS THERE WAS NO TUNES WITHOUT PROVIDING THE SERVICE HOW DO YOU CHARGE? FOR THAT THEY HAVE BOOKED A COMPAINT AND THE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED WITH 48 HOURS. BUT THE STORY WAS NOT ENDED THERE, AGAIN ON 13TH SEPT THE MESSAGE IS RECEIVED FOR THE DEDUCTION OF RS.20/- FOR ACTIVATION OF BSNL TUNES.

WHAT IS THIS? FIRST OF ALL THERE IS NO TUNE SERVICE AND SECONDLY THE ACTIVATION CHARGES OF RS.20 YOU ARE DEDUCTION TOWICE IN 13 DAYS AS IF THE MONEY IS EARNED BY YOU PEOPLE. WE TOOK THIS BSNL SIM JUST TO SAVE THE ONLY GOVT ORGANISATION IN TELECOMMUNICATION IN TURN NOW A DAYS NEITHER THERE IS CLEARITY IN SPEECH NOR WE GET INSTANT CONNECTIVITY. THE PRIVATE ORGANISATIONS ARE MANAGING FAR FAR BETTER THEN THE BSNL.

I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GO THROUGH THE RECORD AND ARRANGE TO REFUND THE MONEY UNNECESSARILY CHARGED.
