I had purchased a fortune mobile model C-29 from Sood brothers. It did not work from the first day. Its battery has been replaced 5 times in 4 months. The set was replaced from Perfect enterprises. But still it did not work and i submitted it to Authorised person there Mr. Praveen Kumar. Now its over 1 and half month and daily i am making calls there but i am not getting any response. Everytime I call i am told that the set will come in 2-3 days but no results. The company has cheated us and all the persons here are taking no response. Now the condition is that the persons even do not pick up the phone when we call to them. We have been cheated and betrayed by the company and its officials.
They are just mentally harrassing me and now they are not willing to give any solution. Overall I now came to know that the company is a cheat, Fraud and 420 whose product has no quality. Neither there is any responsible person in the company. All are cheats and they are only robbing the customers of their money.
