Delay in PF

Respected Sir,

I'm Preeti Sharma from Yamuna Nagar. I was working in Rohtak (Haryana) for the company as an MR. Sir I have submitted all the required documents through my ex-compnay Fourrts India Lab. Pvt. Ltd. on 23 Jan., 09. But still I don't get any response from concerned EPF office, Chennai. So I request you to take necessary action as soon as possible.
