Hello, I have couriered a set of documents to Bangalore from Chennai on 24th Dec 08 and its 2nd Jan still its not yet been delievered. When I call the Franch Express Agents, they are asking me the Bill No and the Address to whom I have sent, but they are not able to trace the consignment yet. They say they will return the call in 30 minutes but they wont. The way the agent speaks is not consumer friendly and dicatating terms. They are not accepting their fault and not giving any information about the letter. This is the way the courier company replies to their customers and give service to their customers? These kind of companies needs to be brought under the Consumer forum and penalize them. I am going to take this case to the legal department and bring them to the public's view.
