i am your customer since Im residing in madurai- Tamilnadu, Engineer by profession, lodging a complaint about your Francoleone slippers . last week ive purchased slippers in Madurai shoe mart, tallkulam, chokkikulam, Madurai. which was totally toned after then ive gone to the shop they were told they cant give any exchange pairs. since i myour valuable customer pl. inform your dealer to give the fresh slippers instead of repairing.
