Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund
Not received folio number of investment

I have invested Rs 10000/- in Franklin Templeton smaller company mutual fund (NFO) in year 2006 through Kotak bank, Parle point. Till date I have not received any statement of investment from Franklin Templeton investments. I do not folio number for redemption of investment. My date of birth is 25th August 1966 and Pan card noAFDPK7480C.Please send me acoount statement on given address.
