This is to draw your kind attention against a fraudulent business activity that is in Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
With the name of VG Infotech 28/113-114 West Patel Nagar New Delhi - 110008. There are three people involved in this racket as far as i know because i have been the victim of them. Mr Gaurav Malik & Varun their phone numbers are 9871789229 &9899821101 are the so called owners of this company.
Mr Rupesh Gupta who acts as a consultant for their company (also running two company's in Uttam Nagar Elite outsourcing and Delhi Bpo) is a big con artist. He claimed to have a back-office project for which he charged 75, 000 from us. He claimed that the monthly billing would be around 2.5 lacs on a five seater set upand the payment term will be weekly. So I opened an office, hired staff and started working for VG Infotech. We started operations on 18-05. We have not received a single penny from that company. our outstanding bill is 1.5 lacs. I have given several reminders for the payment and they keep on telling me that you will get your payment tomorrow. These people are such a big liars that They even sent me an e-mail from their official ID in which their was a scanned copy of the pay in slip (enclosed) that they told me is a payment of 30, 000 Rupees against my outstanding amount of 82, 000. They said they have insufficient funds at this moment so whatever little they can do for me they are doing it later on even that transaction turned out to be a fraud one. They never deposited the check. I am sending that scanned pay in slip as an attachment. Moreover i have the entire data that i received in last three months from VG Infotech to prove that how these con men are playing playing with innocent people's lives and their hard earned money. This is an organised crime racket. When i started asking for the payment these people threatened me that they are highly influential people. Mr Varun said that his mother has big connections in administration and politics so he can do whatever he wants to. If any thing goes wrong with me or i get killed by any chance the entire responsibility will be of Mr Gaurav Malik, Mr Varun and Mr Rupesh Gupta.
Hon'ble Sir, for all that Mental Harrasment, cheating/fraud/420 that has been done to me, my only humble request to you is to start an investigation into this matter and save people from falling into the trap of these power drunken people. However I will be persuing this case legally as i have suffered a lot in last three months and i am paying salary to my staff for that I have not received a single penny from VG Infotech.
Kindly find the attachments for the fake pay-in-slip for VG INfotech and my e-mail communicatiob to VG Infotech for which i never got a reply. Also i can provide all the evidence that cyber crime investigators need to investigate this matter
