With mobile recharge company "freecharge.in" recharge of rs 150

was done on 09/03 having invoice number 12117246. Recharge

was unsucessful and company was contacted for refund. After

intense persuation company agreed to refund. From the date

of it, s agreeing for refund amount is still not credited. Contacted

to provide refund order/refrence number which it is

not providing. If refund is issued then why it is not providing

refund order/ refrence number.
