Fraud in sending free gifts

I had booked my order with ITBC for encyclopedia and i was delivered a month after the order and repeated followups. the free gifts have not been issued. i had tried several times and failed to log in the wed address they give.. over phone they say the unique no. is activated but i am not able to get my gifts.

the response of people over phone is also irresponsible and they dont care coz we hav already paid for their product... they are happy in cheating us right royally.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT KEEP AWAY FROM ITBC AND THEIR PROMOS... all cheating and fruad.
