I just received the same lotto winning information as below from Mr Kelvin .2nd time recvd e-mail from Mr Cleark Walker introducing Scarlet Courier service to deliver the check to me. they are asking me to pay the courier charges first b/4 issue the winnig check
Pls advise is this true and am I selected as a winner? And also need to know below mentioned details are true and correct.
Scarlet company has provided the Metropolitan police (London) guarantee letter to proof. Pls see below. Pls check and advise whether this is true.
