We have sent two parcels to Delhi. The POD no is .145984728 booked on 9.6.10. The parcels are not delivered till date. the consignee is very much upset for non delivery of cargo. We approched Delhi office and they are not giving porper answer but the cargo is still at Delhi only.
We want to know why the cgo has not delivered to our client till date. Kindly ask you On dot delhi office to deliver the parcels today itself as otherwise we will take up the matter to the consumer court. Treat the matter most urgent and confirm delivery of the cargo
